From Jan 1, 2025: Warenpost becomes DHL Kleinpaket

On January 1, 2025, the product "Warenpost"* will automatically be replaced by the product "DHL Kleinpaket"*. You can continue to use Warenpost until then.

Warenpost International is not affected.

Your benefits with DHL Kleinpaket

• New: 8 cm shipment height instead of the previous 5 cm possible

• New: Liability included up to EUR 20 value of goods for each item

• Optionally bookable services: Retail outlet routing / GoGreen as well as new Parcel recall available form 01.03.2025

*Warenpost is a product of Deutsche Post AG and the GTC for Domestic Mail apply. The DHL Kleinpaket will become part of the GTC for DHL Paket/Express Domestic and your contract partner will automatically be DHL Paket GmbH.
