With the new login, we are introducing optimizations in portal authentication for you that reflect the latest state of the art.

You will now find the familiar input fields for your username and password for logging into the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal after clicking on the "Log in" button at the top right of the portal home page.

Nothing changes for your work with the portal. You can of course continue to use your previous username and password.

Click the "Forgot password or username?" link below the fields to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username in the second step in the field provided and then click the "Send" button. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to assign a new password to the e-mail address stored for you in the portal.

If you have forgotten your username, click the "Forgot username?" link in the second step. On the following page, please enter your customer number (EKP) and the e-mail address with which you are registered in the portal. You will then receive an e-mail informing you of your username.
