No new functionalities will be introduced with the modernization of the function Ship. The design of all interfaces will be completely renewed as well as the underlying IT architecture.
Finally the time has come: The function Ship gets a new design!
Last year, the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal was launched with a completely revised design. Over the past few months, we have been working on modernizing the function Ship. And now the time has finally come: The first completely redesigned areas of the function are published!
As part of our multi-stage release, the first pages from the "Settings" area have already been published in the first step.
But of course it will not stop there. Starting on September 15th 2022 you will be able to use the completely reworked page for manual shipment creation. By the end of the year, all other main areas of the function Ship will follow, so that everything will be available to you in the new "look & feel" before the Christmas season.

You do not have to do anything to use the modernized areas of the Ship function. The redesigned areas are automatically available to all users who use the Ship function in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal.
Will my user data be lost?
No, your user data will still be available as usual in the modernized interface of the function Ship.
Are my shipment data and address books still available?
All data that you can currently use and view in the function Ship will continue to be available in the modernized interface.
