Service Bulky goods

The Bulky Goods option allows you to send shipments that

  • are rectangular and measure more than 120 x 60 x 60 cm*,
  • are roll-shaped, weigh more than 5 kg or exceed a length of 120 cm or a diameter of 15 cm*,
  • are not rectangular,
  • have protruding parts,
  • have no external packaging of cardboard or paper,
  • are unpackaged luggage such as suitcases and traveling bags.

*even if it is exceeded in just one dimension

Please notice

We are unable to handle shipments that exceed the country specific maximum weight or the country specific maximum dimensions for bulky goods, do not reach the minimum dimensions and/or are incompletely packaged or insecurely packaged.
