    Use selected services and the points will automatically be credited to your account.

Have your shipments sent to a Packstation and receive 5 points.

5x points: You'll receive 25 points each for the first five shipments picked up from the Packstation.

Have your orders sent to a postal outlet or Paketshop and receive 5 points.

Claim 10 points each time you send a parcel from a Packstation - even if when dropping off returns.

5x points: You'll receive 50 points each for the first five parcels shipped from the Packstation.

Buy parcel or package stamps online in your customer account or in the Post & DHL app. 10 bonus points will be credited to your account. Remember to log in prior to your purchase.

The DHL bonus program gives you the opportunity to collect points by using our services. For the points you collect, you can receive vouchers which you can redeem, for example, in DHL Online Franking.

After you have decided to participate in the bonus program, you will receive bonus points for various actions related to receiving and sending parcels. For what you receive points is explained in the question "Which products allow me to collect points with the DHL bonus program?"

Your current score and the individual bonus turnover can be viewed under bonus points.

If you have collected enough points, you can redeem them for online franking vouchers for example. After ordering a voucher, you will receive your voucher code by e-mail to your registered e-mail address and you can also view it in your points history.

1. Collecting shipments at the Packstation: 5 points

You will receive 5 bonus points for each shipment ordered and picked up at a Packstation. For the first five shipments you will be rewarded with 25 points each.

2. Sending a shipment via Packstation: 10 points

As a registered Packstation customer, your DHL customer card entitles you to 10 bonus points for each shipment dispatched at a Packstation that is franked with a DHL Päckchen label or DHL shipping label. For the first five shipments, you even receive five times the number of points.

3. Buy a shipping label: 10 points

For every shipping label purchased through online franking (also mobile via the DHL parcel App), you will receive 10 bonus points. For the first five shipping labels, you even receive five times the number of points. Please note that you need to log in to online franking before you make a purchase in order to collect the bonus points for your account. If you redeem a postage or coupon code in the shopping cart, no points are credited.

4. Order and pick up the parcel at the postal outlet: 5 points

You also receive bonus points for each parcel you address to a postal outlet and pick up there. Please note that this only applies to parcels, not to Päckchen (small packages).

In general, bonus points will be credited to your account within a maximum of 10 days after collection/shipment of a shipment or the purchase of a DHL package or parcel label.

Please note that bonus points for purchases in DHL online franking are initially credited to your points account in restricted form, i.e. the points are displayed in your points account but are not immediately credited to the total points balance. After the 30-day cancellation period has expired, these points can be redeemed unless you exercise your right of cancellation. The total points balance will then be updated automatically.

Bonus points for using the Packstation/postal outlet can be redeemed immediately after they are credited.

Your collected bonus points have a validity of 36 months. This means that all the points you collect are valid for 36 months from the date you are credited with the points and thereafter they expire.

We can only credit bonus points for the purchase of shipping labels via online franking if you have previously logged into your customer account. If you redeem a postage or coupon code in the shopping cart, no points are credited.

Please also note that bonus points for purchases in DHL Online Franking are initially credited to your account in a restricted form, i.e. the points are displayed in your balance but are not immediately credited to the total points balance.

After the 30-day cancellation period has expired, these points can be redeemed unless you exercise your right of cancellation. The total points balance will then be updated automatically.
