Coupons give you the option of saving and handling your future purchases in DHL online franking with even more convenience.

How to use the Sparsets:

1. No customer account / not logged in: After the purchase, you will receive a file containing different, single-use coupon codes (familiar from a TAN list). You can store these on your computer or print them out. The coupon codes can be entered immediately or later to your basket and redeemed against the relevant product.
2. Logged in to a DHL customer account: If you buy the DHL Sparset after logging in, the coupon codes will be displayed directly in your DHL customer account and you can view the current status of the coupon codes at any time. If there is a suitable product in your basket, a coupon code is automatically suggested for payment.

• On the basket page, click on the corresponding link in the "Cancel shipping stamps" section.
• Select the shipping stamps you want to cancel.
• An alert text appears with a security prompt. Enter the displayed security code and click "Submit".
• Once entered successfully, the stamp is cancelled online.

Important:

• Please note that shipping stamps can only be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only possible if the stamp has not yet been printed out or downloaded.
• Exception: If the stamp was purchased while you were logged into your DHL customer account, the stamp may have been downloaded, but not yet submitted.
• In order to prevent any unwanted download, you can disable automatic downloads in your browser's settings. To do this, put a tick next to the: "Ask for the storage location before downloading files" option.

Yes, a pick-up can be booked for all shipments directly in online franking or separately via the pick-up service link. You can have your shipments picked up from your preferred address anywhere in Germany or also from your parcel box at home.

You also have the option of registering a preferred location for the pick-up of your shipments if you are ever not home.
