    Please note: You can enter a drop-off location or neighbours elsewhere in the Parcel reception area of your DHL customer account. The delivery information is used exclusively to notify the delivery agent of special circumstances at the receiving address or specific requests.

  • 2. Delivery information approval

    You will be informed when your delivery information has been checked and approved.

  • 3. Receive parcels easily and securely

    With the help of your delivery information, you can ensure simple and secure delivery of your parcel.

With delivery information, the delivery agent can take into account the information you have previously provided for the delivery of your parcel. Easily assist with the delivery of your shipment and store delivery instructions in your DHL customer account.

  •  If your selected delivery information does not meet these criteria, we will unfortunately have to deactivate it again. You can then simply enter new delivery information that meets the criteria in your DHL customer account under My Data and Services.

No, your delivery information is not directly visible to the delivery agent. The delivery information is checked first. You will then be informed by e-mail when the delivery information has been activated and is displayed to your delivery agent.

To change, add to or delete your delivery information, go to the delivery information in your DHL customer account and adjust the existing settings to your requirements.
