CO2e*-reduced receipt or dispatch with GoGreen Plus has been booked for your shipment. With this service, we actively reduce CO2e emissions through additional investments in our logistics network, e.g. by purchasing and using sustainable fuels, bio-kerosene or electric vehicles.

As the recipient, you can book the GoGreen Plus service to receive all your consignments in a CO2e-reduced manner. GoGreen Plus can also be ordered by business customers.

CO2e-compensated shipping with GoGreen has been booked for your shipment. With this service, we have been offsetting transport-related greenhouse gases by investing in certified climate protection projects since 2007.

Incidentally, all shipments that you send with DHL within Germany or internationally are automatically GoGreen.
Rail transport

The sender has booked rail transport for your shipment. The shipment's journey to you is mostly by rail. This saves an average of over 30 % of CO2e emissions compared to transport with conventional lorries. Remaining CO2e emissions are reduced in the logistics network with GoGreen Plus.

When sending your shipments, you can book rail transport free of charge in DHL Online Franking for suitable routes.
CO2e-free delivery and collection

We inform you in live tracking when your shipment is delivered or collected CO2e-free, e.g. with an e-vehicle, e-trike, e-bike, bicycle or on foot.

We already deliver CO2e-free in around 50 % of delivery districts and are continuously expanding this.
Sustainable reception options

We reduce delivery routes and CO2 emissions with DHL's "delivery on demand" service, such as direct addressing to a Packstation or the choice of a drop-off location. For example, a Packstation shipment saves an average of around 30% CO2e compared to doorstep delivery.

Book individual recipient services such as drop-off location, neighbour or delivery day free of charge in your DHL customer account, receive your shipment at the Packstation or in your branch.
