With the DHL customer account for companies, you can specify a delivery location or neighbour for your company to receive parcels if you are not available at your business. If you have a day off during the week, you can store parcels with the hold service. If, for example, there are side entrances that you would like us to use for delivery, you can inform us of this under delivery instructions.

For operational reasons, only private individuals can currently use the Packstation service. However, companies can use other services to make the receipt of parcels more flexible, such as a delivery location or hold.
